MOTORCYCLE GIVEAWAY RULES

How to Enter

One Broken Biker hosts and attends motorcycle events across Canada throughout the year.
You can enter the giveaway in one of two ways:

  1. White Ticket Entry (Free Entry):
    Fill out a free entry ticket at any event that One Broken Biker hosts or attends.
    Every One Broken Biker Member also automatically receives one free White Ticket entry when they purchase or renew their annual membership.
    These membership entries are automatically added into the draw — no physical ticket is mailed or sent.

  2. Golden Ticket Entry (Event Entry):
    Purchase a ticket to attend the One Broken Biker Silent Auction & Motorcycle Giveaway event, held each November in Calgary, Alberta.
    Each event ticket automatically includes one Golden Ticket entry for the motorcycle giveaway.

About the Giveaways

White Ticket Giveaway

  • Open to anyone who fills out a free ticket at a One Broken Biker event or becomes a member.

  • The winning ticket is drawn live during the Silent Auction & Motorcycle Giveaway event in November.

  • You do not need to be present to win, but you must answer your phone.
    We call three times back-to-back — if there’s no answer, we move on to the next randomly drawn ticket.

  • Members are automatically entered once per year through their membership purchase or renewal.

Golden Ticket Giveaway

  • Exclusive to attendees of the One Broken Biker Silent Auction & Motorcycle Giveaway event.

  • You must be present at the event to win.

  • When your name is called, you will have five (5) minutes to make your way to the stage. we will attempt to call you via phone first 3 times if no answer we will announce the name on the card)
    If you do not arrive within five minutes, another ticket will be drawn.

For 2026, two motorcycles have been generously donated by McLeod Law LLP —
one will be awarded through the White Ticket Giveaway, and one through the Golden Ticket Giveaway.

Eligibility & Rules

  • Legible Entries

  • All printed tickets must be clearly filled out and easy to read. Illegible entries will not be accepted.

  • You must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident to enter or win.

  • Age Requirement - Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the draw.

  • No Purchase Necessary - Entry is free for all White Ticket participants. Donations are accepted

  • If you choose to make a donation, we deeply appreciate it — all funds donated go directly toward supporting injured bikers and their families across Canada.

  • Ticket Holder Responsibility & Eligibility Exclusions - It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate and legible.

  • The One Broken Biker National Board of Directors, and any individuals or companies who directly donate the giveaway motorcycles, are not eligible to win.

Winner Contact

White Ticket Winners:

  • Winners are contacted by phone during the live draw.

  • We will call three times back-to-back.

  • If the winner does not answer, we move on to the next randomly drawn ticket.

  • You do not need to be present at the event to win, but you must answer the call.

Golden Ticket Winners:

  • Must be present at the Silent Auction & Motorcycle Giveaway event.

  • Once your name is called, you have five (5) minutes to reach the stage.

  • If you do not arrive within that time, another ticket will be drawn.

Prize Details

  • Each motorcycle must be accepted as-is.

  • There is no cash value or substitutions available.

  • The winner is responsible for registration, insurance, and transportation of the motorcycle once awarded.

Fairness & Transparency

  • To ensure fairness, the winning ticket is pulled by the company that donates the motorcycle.

  • The draw is conducted live, using a random draw method supervised by One Broken Biker volunteers and witnesses.

Verification & Media

  • Winners must provide proof of identity (such as a valid driver’s license) to claim the prize.

  • Winners agree to have their first name, city, and photo shared on One Broken Biker’s social media and promotional materials.

This non-profit organization is 100% volunteer based and provides compassionate services to Canadian injured motorcyclists. Donations directly support injured riders, providing them with both financial and emotional support. Our diverse and non-discriminatory group has a common goal: to create a neutral space for injured bikers and non-injured bikers alike.
