2023 OBB Silent Auction
Nov 18

The 2023 Annual Silent auction and Year End Party will be held in the Main Ballroom at the Carriage House Inn, same place as last year. Like the 2022 event we'll have a first class high end buffet dinner, the best most amazing auction items ever, and lots of fun to be had.  Meet your friends, make new friends, chat bikes and bike trips and the best part, purchase wicked items at bargain prices.  As always, 100% of proceeds go directly to helping injured riders.

Someone present at the Silent Auction event will walk away with a new motorcycle.  Grover Law Firm generously donated two high end motorcycles to be given away.  All season long, at every OBB event, we give away free tickets for one of the bikes.  From all those entries, one lucky ticket will be drawn on the night of the Silent Auction.  That person, whether attending or not, will have their choice of which bike they would like.  Either the 2022 Ducati Street Fighter, V2 sport bike, or the 2022 Harley Davidson Low Rider 131.

Once the person decides which of these two high end bikes they'd like to take home there will be a draw from all the tickets purchased for the Silent Auction.  One lucky person in attendance will win the second bike. In other words, the odds are pretty good for winning a prize that's worth $38K+!!

About the Bikes:

2022 Ducati Street Fighter / V2 / $28K.  The Streetfighter V2 is a sports naked with a one-of-a-kind character. It accommodates the needs of those looking for a bike that can combine the sporty DNA of the Panigale V2 with both the attitude and style of the much-admired Streetfighter. The result is an intuitive and easy-to-handle vehicle, with the right dose of power to ensure feisty performance and maximum riding fun.

2022 Harley Davidson Low Rider ST/ Stage 4 / 131 / $38k. A weekend escape machine, an American V-Twin sport-touring bike for the rider who digs clean styling and craves outrageous performance. Featuring West Coast Styling. Frame mounted fairing, blacked out everything.

What is a Silent Auction anyway??

For months leading up to this event, we have many volunteers working tirelessly to procure auction items from local and national businesses who generously donate their products for this charity event.

On the night of the event, the products will be out on display around the Ball Room. You'll have several hours to browse the products. If you see something you like, write down your name and bid amount.  At the end of the night, the bid sheets are examined and the highest bidder wins that item. It's fun and strategic.  How much should I bid? Not too fast, you'll look too interested. Don't wait, someone will run up the price. You decide your strategy.
